Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a metering device based on triggering-signal-driven metering dynamic read technology. The metering device comprises a GPRS communication unit, a Bluetooth communication unit, a metering device sampling unit, an MCU control unit, a memory cell and a clock unit. The GPRS communication unit, the Bluetooth communication unit, the metering device sampling unit, the memory cell and a clock unit are in double-way connection with the MCU control unit. A mobile communication terminal is in communication connection with the MCU control unit through the Bluetooth communication unit. According to the scheme, the metering device achieves meter reading without a concentrator. In the metering device, a GPRS module is embedded in a remote-transmission metering device module, and an SIM card is embedded in the GPRS module, and therefore a user doesn't need to apply for an SIM card and bear extra expense.
