A method of detecting image angular point information by using a detection template is invented by mainly using a characteristic of a Spiking neural network, and an angular point of a gray-scale image is determined by using a characteristic that a voltage value of the detection template reaches a minimum when the detection template is at the angular point; and by the method, the angular point of an image can be better detected to extract temporal information and spatial information of the angular point of a gray-scale image.
