Zusammenfassung:Provided is an establishment method for a semisolid die forging forming constitutive model of a nano-particle reinforced aluminum matrix composite material. The method comprises: according to die forging forming data of a semisolid composite material under high solid fraction, obtaining non-linear relationship among stress [sigma] and stain [epsilon], stain rate, temperature T, liquid fraction fL, volume fraction fp of reinforced phase nano-particles, and grain size dp; considering nano-particles would cause Orowan reinforcement mechanism to influence yield strength of the composite material, obtaining the constitutive model; combined with the semisolid die forging forming data, through a linear regression method, calculating each parameter of the constitutive model.
