The method comprises the steps: detecting the moisture concentration of smoke generated by the heating surface of the boiler; judging whether the moisture concentration of smoke generated by the heating surface of the boiler exceeds a preset concentration threshold value or not; and determining that the internal leakage of the heating surface of the boiler is determined to happen if the moisture concentration of smoke generated by the heating surface of the boiler is judged to exceed the preset concentration threshold value.
