The high-strength high-plasticity Zn-Cu-Ti alloy is composed of, by weight, 1.3 %-1.6% of Cu, 0.02 %-0.06% of Ti, 0.001 %-0.003% of Mg and the balance Zn. The Zn-Cu-Ti alloy is prepared in the steps that an alloy raw material is smelted and then subjected to hot extrusion and single-pass large-deformation hot rolling. In the prior art, when deformation zinc alloy is prepared, multi-pass small-deformation hot rolling or a repeated heating annealing technology is adopted, the technological process is complex, and the rolling efficiency is low.
