The invention provides a preparation method of SAPO-34 molecular sieve. The method comprises the following steps: 1) mixing silicon source, tetraethylammonium hydroxide, aluminium source, phosphoric acid and water, dissolving the materials to form a molecular sieve mother liquor, and performing aging; 2) drying the molecular sieve mother liquor of the step 1), and grinding the product to powder; and 3) mixing the powder of the step 2) and water, and performing crystallization synthesis of SAPO-34 molecular sieve.
