The clip comprises a handle which is clipped and fixed at the edge of a rim of a cup and a container which extends into the cup, wherein a unidirectional moving device which adjusts the height of the container in the cup is connected between the handle and the container; the unidirectional moving device comprise a chute which is integrally arranged with the handle, and a guide rod which is fixed on the container and is slidably matched up and down with the chute; a ratchet bar is arranged on the back of the guide rod along the length direction; a rotating handle with a torsional spring is rotatably arranged on the chute; and the rotating handle is integrally provided with a shifting fork and a knob matched with the ratchet bar.
