Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a new technological process for manufacturing anisotropic permanent magnetic ferrite small-type magnetic ring. Its key is that it uses a magnetic steel to produce magnetic field, and a ring-shaped blank is pressed in the said magnetic field. Said magnetic field strength is about 5000 Oe., and its magnetic flux is perpendicular to the axis of magnetic ring. As compared with conventional large magnetic block cutting and drilling method, this method used for manufacturing anisotropic small-type magnetic ring is a great improvement. Its production efficiency is greattly raised, and both the equipment cost and product cost are greatly reduced.
