Heater for a urea tank

It is proposed a heater for a plastic tank for storing urea. The heater comprises a part and an electrical heating element. The part is fixed to the electrical heating element. The electrical heating element is surrounded by a plastic sheath. The part further comprises a plastic material which is fusion bonded to the plastic sheath.
