The invention discloses a data monitoring method. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a data traffic of a server network card within a preset time threshold value, wherein the data traffic comprises a data inflow traffic and a data outflow traffic; and according to the data traffic, a preset traffic threshold value, and/or a preset traffic ratio threshold value, judging whether the data traffic is balanced.
