Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for isolating exosomes from a biological fluid, said method including at least the following two consecutive steps of affinity purification: a) a first step using at least one specific anti-ligand of a generic exosome ligand, in order to obtain a population P of exosomes, said exosomes being separated from said anti-ligand; and b) a second step, applied to the population P of exosomes, using at least one anti-ligand specific to a ligand characteristic of a sub-population SP of exosomes, in order to obtain said sub-population SP of exosomes, said exosomes optionally being separated from said anti-ligand.
