The detection and correction device includes a pulling up unit, a detection unit and a correction unit. The pulling up unit is used for coupling in switchable with the light emitting diode strings, and the detection unit is used for detecting the feedback voltage of the light emitting diode strings and inputting the control signal based on the feedback voltage. The correction unit is used for receiving the control signal to control the pulling up unit, makes the pulling up unit switch and couple with the special light emitting diode strings, and pulls up the voltage of the other end of the light emitting diode strings.
