The method comprises following steps of obtaining a vector map and position information of at least one network element entity on the vector map; obtaining a vector graph of a corresponding target geographic area according to the vector map; judging whether the corresponding coordinate point of the position information of a current network element entity on the vector map is in the vector graph or not according to the position information corresponding to each network element entity; determining the current network element entity as a target network element entity if the corresponding coordinate point is in the vector graph; establishing the position identifier corresponding to each target network element entity in the vector graph according to the position information corresponding to each target network element entity, thus producing a target vector graph of the corresponding target geographic area; ad displaying the
