Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a monitoring device and method of utilizing conductivity of a sample or reagent, in particular relates to a method of monitoring the pollution/deterioration of the sample or reagent automatically in a process, device or measuring instrument in which the sample or reagent is put in, when the sample or reagent is pre-filled, other samples or reagents are filled mistakenly, or even though the sample or reagent is filled correctly. Two electrodes are arranged in the sample or reagent across a specified distance, the electrodes are spaced with each other but are connected via the own conductivity of the sample, so that the sample has the specified resistance. If an external voltage is applied between the electrodes, a current flows between the electrodes, and a resistor converts the current into a voltage value to measure a voltage.
