The invention provides a locking device used for locking a limiting rod in a braiding machine. The invention further provides the braiding machine used for braiding electronic components so that the electronic components can be braided together in order. The braiding machine comprises a feeding mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, a braiding mechanism and a central control unit.
