The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for more efficiently producing an antibiotic, in particular for omitting a pre-culturing step in the production of nosiheptide, and for simply and reliably collecting and seeding a fixed amount of microbial cells, whereby the production of the antibiotic can be made more efficient.
