The device comprises sensors, an ARM processor and a 4G communication module, wherein an SRAM, sensors and a 4G transmitting module are connected to the ARM processor; the 4G transmitting module is connected with a 4G receiving module on a control center database by virtue of wireless communication; a 485 interface is connected onto the ARM processor and is also connected with an AT89C52 master control chip used for data acquisition; and an ADC0809 analog/digital converter and a TLP521-4 photoelectric isolator are connected onto the AT89C52 master control chip.
