The technology comprises the following steps: a first step: stamping is carried out for a busbar raw material blank in order to obtain a busbar base material; a second step: insulating material paint with high temperature resistance is sprayed on a partial or whole external surface of the busbar base material obtained in the first step; a third step: drying is carried out in order to obtain the busbar. The processing technology of the busbar is simple. 种新能源汽车母排的加工工艺，包括下列步骤：第步：对母排原料坯进行冲压得到母排基材；第二步：对第步得到的母排基材的局部或者全部外表面喷涂耐高温绝缘材料涂料：第三步：干燥即得母排。本发明的母排的加工工艺简单。
