The improved ball head dust cover type mould comprises an upper mould, a middle mould, a lower mould, mould cores and a demoulding mechanism. The upper mould comprises an upper mould plate and a plurality of upper mould inserts. The upper mould inserts are all installed on the upper mould plate. The middle mould comprises a middle mould plate and the middle mould plate is provided with a plurality of middle mould cavities. The lower mould comprises a first lower mould plate, a second lower mould plate and a plurality of lower mould inserts. The first lower mould plate is provided with a plurality of first lower mould cavities and the second lower mould plate is provided with a plurality of second lower mould cavities. The first lower mould cavities and the second lower mould cavities coordinate with each other to form lower mould cavities and the lower mould insert is installed in each lower mould cavity. The mould cores comprise a first moul
