Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a use of a miR-130a antisense nucleic acid and its derivatives in a Hippo-YAP signal path inhibitor and also provides a use of the miR-130a antisense nucleic acid and its derivatives as Hippo-YAP signal path inhibitors, in preparation of a drug for preventing or treating a YAP or TAZ activation-related overgrowth disease and especially in preparation of an antitumor drug. The invention creatively discloses a function of a small RNA miR-130a for activating YAP and TAZ through directly reducing a VGLL4 protein expression level and proves that YAP and TAZ activity is inhibited through inhibition of bonding of miR-130a and a target site under action of an antisense nucleic acid and thus the miR-130a antisense nucleic acid can inhibit cancer cell growth and proliferation and inhibit cancer growth and can be used for treating or preventing YAP or TAZ activation-related cancers. 本发明提供miR-130a反义核酸及其衍生物在Hippo-YAP信号通路抑制剂中的应用,并提供了其作为Hippo-YAP信号通路抑制剂,及其在制备治疗或预防与YAP或TAZ激活相关的过度生长性疾病的药物中的应用,尤其是制备抗肿瘤药物
