Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a jam for dispelling the effects of alcohol and a preparation method thereof. The jam is prepared from the following raw materials (by weight): 30-50 parts of shaddock peel, 25-45 parts of orange peel, 20-40 parts of watermelon peel, 25-45 parts of grape skin, 30-50 parts of banana peel, 20-40 parts of pitaya peel and 2-8 parts of grape seed extract. A preparation method of the grape seed extract comprises the following steps: S1, cleaning grape seeds and steaming at 100-120 DEG C for 20-40 min, and drying; S2, crushing the dried grape seeds, and sieving through a sieve of 60-80 meshes to obtain grape seed powder; S3, carrying out heat reflux extraction on the grape seed powder with boiling water for 1-2 h, filtering, and spray-drying a filtrate to obtain the grape seed extract. The jam provided by the invention has a good effect of dispelling the effects of alcohol, and has no toxic or side effect on human body. The preparation method of the jam is simple.
