Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a somatic embryo rapid propagation and seedling growing method for camellia chekiangoleosa. The method comprises the steps of 1, pretreatment of explants; 2, sterilization of camellia chekiangoleosa fruits and establishment of a sterile system; 3, inoculation and induction of calluses; 4, induction of somatic embryos; 5, induction of secondary embryos; 6, differentiation of the secondary embryos into strong seedlings. According to the somatic embryo rapid propagation and seedling growing method for camellia chekiangoleosa, N6+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+2,4-D 1.0 mg/L is used as a medium for inducing the embryonic calluses; after inoculation, cotyledon pieces on the medium begin to expand after about 7 d of culture, and a large quantity of faint yellow and dense embryonic calluses with smooth and lustrous surfaces begin to appear around the cotyledon pieces after about 15 d; after the embryonic calluses are transferred to a somatic embryo induction medium, the somatic embryos begin to a
