The upper portions of the water absorbing fiber bars are connected through the flow guiding fiber bar. The excavation diameter and the excavation depth of a foundation pit for a transplanted plant are determined; the flow guiding fiber bar and the water absorbing fiber bars are connected into a whole after being placed into the foundation pit, and the connection positions of the flow guiding fiber bar and the water absorbing fiber bars are filled with fiber materials and connected; backfilling of planting soil is carried out for partially burying the water absorbing fiber bars; the transplanted plant is placed into the foundation pit, planting soil backfilling continues to be carried out, and then tamping is carried out; by means of the steps, transplanted plant water requirement self-circulation supply is achieved.
