A basement with a storage battery is arranged on the lower surface of the ground; and a control system for controlling the storage battery, a door communicated with the above part of the ground and a ventilation device communicated with the interior of the basement are further arranged in the basement, wherein the door and the basement are connected through a ladder, and a waterproof zone is arranged between the door and an entrance of the ladder. The storage battery is arranged underground for collecting power, and the service life of the storage battery can be prolonged due to constant temperature of the basement; in addition, the door with ventilation holes and the ventilation device with an air outlet are arranged on the ground of the basement, so that a dry environment inside the basement can be guaranteed, and the storage battery can be avoided from being corroded by moisture insi
