Zusammenfassung:Provided is a production method of a composite plating steel belt for transmission machinery parts. The method comprises the steps that a DC04 hot-rolled pickling coil serves as a raw material, repeated cold rolling is conducted, and then conventional degreasing is conducted; annealing is conducted; uncoiling and striping are conducted and burrs are removed; an Ni-Fe-TiO2 alloy is subjected to composite plating at room temperature; Al2O3 is subjected to physical vapor deposition; ZrO2-MgO-CaO-SiO2 composite oxide is subjected to thermal spraying; MoS2 is subjected to physical vapor deposition; and the composite plating steel belt is obtained by winding after being naturally cooled to the room temperature.
