The aluminum alloy coiled tubing comprises, by weight, 0-0.4% of Si, 0-0.5% of Fe, 1.2%-2.0% of Cu, 0-0.3% of Mn, 2.1%-2.9% of Mg, 0.18%-0.28% of Cr, 5.1%-6.1% of Zn, 0-0.2% of Ti and the balance Al. The manufacturing method of the aluminum alloy coiled tubing comprises the steps of preparation of a coiled plate, longitudinal shearing of the coiled plate, lengthening of a steel belt, forming, welding and continuous coiling. The length of the aluminum alloy coiled tubing is 1000-6000 m, the yield strength of the aluminum alloy coiled tubing is 400 MPa or over, the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy coiled tubing is 500 MPa or over, and the hardness of the aluminum alloy coiled tubing is equal to or lower than 22 HRC.
