Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete, and relates to a concrete crack repair material, in particular to a high permeable crystalline type repair material for over-self-healing-scale cracked concrete and a preparation method of the repair material. Raw materials of the repair material comprise solids and water, wherein the solids comprise ordinary Portland cement, quartz sand, flyash, silica fume, aluminate cement, gypsum, sodium hydroxide, water glass, redispersible latex powder, a polycarboxylate superplasticizer, sodium gluconate and polypropylene fibers. The repair material can produce small swelling after water addition and uniform stirring, contact with a concrete matrix can be guaranteed better, and further cracking due to external load can be prevented. 本发明属于混凝土技术领域,涉及种混凝土裂缝修复材料,具体涉及种超自愈合尺度开裂混凝土高渗透结晶修复材料及其制备方法。该修复材料所用原料包括固体料和水,固体料的组成为:普通硅酸盐水泥、石英砂、粉煤灰、硅灰、铝酸盐水泥、石膏、氢氧化钠、水玻璃、可再分散胶粉、聚羧酸系减水剂、葡萄糖酸钠和聚丙烯纤维。本发明修复材料加水拌匀后能够产生微小膨胀,能够更好地保证与混凝土基体的接触,可以防止因外部载荷而进步产生开裂。
