Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a balanced lifting and carrying device which comprises walking parts, a base, an automatic telescopic device, an object carrying platform, an angle sensor, a controller and an operation handle, wherein one walking part is mounted on each of the two sides of the base; the object carrying platform is mounted above the base through the automatic telescopic device; the operation handle used for controlling the walking parts to move is mounted on the object carrying platform or the base; the angle sensor used for detecting an angle of inclination of the object carrying platform is mounted on the object carrying platform and is connected with the automatic telescopic device through the controller; when receiving that the angle sensor detects the inclination of the object carrying platform, the controller controls the extension and the contraction of the automatic telescopic device till the angle sensor detects that the object carrying platform is horizontal.
