A sealing space with the adjustable volume is formed in the portion, between the baffle and the sealing plug, of the barrel. A containing part is formed in the portion, between the sealing cover and the baffle, of the barrel. Multiple packaging bags containing drying agents are arranged in the sealing plug. The sealing plug is provided with at least one sealing ring. A nut is arranged at the bottom end of the baffle. A screw is arranged at the top end of the operation rod.
