Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a cold-rolling uncoiler conical head pressure control method. The method comprises the following steps: mounting an electrically-controlled proportional pressure reducing valve on an uncoiler drum conical head hydraulic system; mounting a coil diameter detection device on the uncoiler; mounting a pressure detection device on an uncoiler conical head pressure control system; and writing a conical head pressure control program in a PLC control unit, wherein the conical head pressure control program controls the electrically-controlled proportional pressure reducing valve to adjust conical head diameter expansion pressure according to a received coil diameter of a steel coil, which is measured in real time, when the diameter of a remaining coil on the uncoiler is within 900-615 mm, the conical head pressure control program reduces the pressure of an uncoiler drum according to a linear proportional relation between a preset coil diameter, measured in real time, in the conical head pressure
