A bushing (157) extends between the first and second links (110a, 110b) and is positioned at least partially within the first, larger diameter bores of the first and second links (110a, 110b). A pin (120) is positioned coaxially inside a central axial bore through the bushing (157), extending between the first and second links (110a, 110b), and positioned at least partially within the second, smaller diameter bores of the first and second links.
