Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing ring shaped multi-layered bread, and more specifically to a method for manufacturing ring shaped multi-layered bread comprising the steps of: manufacturing a multilayered dough sheet, wherein flour dough layers and milk fat layers are alternatively and thinly laid upon one another; manufacturing a dough ring by rolling up the dough sheet; and inserting the dough ring into a moulding frame and baking. 本发明涉及环状多层面包的制造方法,具体地,其步骤包括:将面团层和乳脂层交替成薄薄的层叠,制成多层片状面团(dough sheet)的步骤,把所述片状面团圆圆地卷起,制成环状面团(dough ring)的步骤,还有把所述环状面团夹在既定形态的成型框上烘烤的步骤。
