Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a W-wave-band circulator, and belongs to the field of a microwave passive device. The W-wave-band circulator comprises a ferrite center junction positioned in the center of the circulator, three substrate integrated waveguides connected with the ferrite center junction to form a Y-shaped structure, an adapting structure used for realizing matching between the substrate integrated waveguides and microstrip lines, and the microstrip lines are used for signal output, wherein the ferrite center junction is a cylinder; and a bias magnetic field in a direction perpendicular to the circulator is applied to the ferrite center junction. The W-wave-band circulator provided by the invention adopts the substrate integrated waveguides as the transmission lines, so that the miniaturization, the integration and the high performance of the W-wave-band circulator are realized.
