Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for improving the growth quality of perovskite crystal and a solar cell device. According to the method, a crystallized perovskite polycrystalline film is covered with an alcoholic solution of an inorganic salt; the grain sizes are increased; and meanwhile, the photoelectric properties of the polycrystalline film are improved. The solar cell device disclosed by the invention comprises a substrate, a transparent anode, a hole transport layer, a perovskite polycrystalline film layer, an electron transport layer, a hole blocking layer and a cathode which are sequentially superposed. By the method disclosed by the invention, the perovskite crystal can grow to 4-5 times that of the prior art in size; the process is simple; crystallization is quick; the stability and the repetition rate are high; the degree of dependency on the environment is low; and the cost is low.
