Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an early-warning method for multi-level rain resistance ability of medium and small basins. The method comprises the following steps: according to a medium and small reservoir parameter, obtaining a medium and small reservoir flood control ability difference calculation graph; obtaining a basin rain resistance ability calculation table according to a basin parameter; obtaining a maximum allowable rainfall amount according to the medium and small reservoir flood control ability difference calculation graph in a current water level query, and comparing the maximum allowable rainfall amount with a plurality of thresholds, so as to obtain a medium and small reservoir rain resistance early-warning; obtaining a maximum allowable rainfall amount of a basin according to the basin rain resistance ability calculation table in the current water level query, and comparing the maximum allowable rainfall amount with a plurality of set values, so as to obtain a basin early-warning; and perfo
