Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a brightness enhancement film with an anti-electromagnetic wave effect and a method for preparing the same and the using performance is improved. The brightness enhancement film comprises an upper brightness enhancement film and a lower brightness enhancement film; the upper brightness enhancement film comprises an A base material, an A prism structure layer and an anti-electromagnetic diffusion layer; the A base material comprises an A optical surface and a B optical surface, the A prism structure layer is arranged on the A optical surface of the A base material and the anti-electromagnetic diffusion layer is stacked on the B optical surface of the A base material. The lower brightness enhancement film comprises a B base material and a B prism structure layer arranged on the B base material. The brightness enhancement film has an anti-electromagnetic wave effect; the functions of the brightness enhancement film are optimized; the method for preparing the film is simple and is suitable
