The first end of the valve rod (4) is fixedly connected with the storage box (5), and the second end of the valve rod (4) gets into the water pipe, and is fixedly connected with the valve element (3) arranged in the water pipe. A valve opening (10) is further formed in the water pipe (2), and the valve element (3) is adaptive to the valve opening (10) to start and close the valve opening (10); the part, passing through the water pipe, of the valve rod (4) is provided with a sealing ring (7); and the sealing ring (7) is used as a rotary supporting point of the valve rod (4)
