Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an intelligent monitoring and regulating system for differential settlement of a building structure. The system comprises a first laser transmitter and a second laser transmitter which are arranged from top to bottom, wherein a bubble level is arranged on the first laser transmitter; the lower part of the first laser transmitter is connected with a first vertical displacement adjustment motor by virtue of a first vertical telescopic adjusting shaft; a camera which corresponds to the bubble level is arranged at the upper part of the first laser transmitter; a vertical adjusting device connected with the second laser transmitter is arranged on one side at the upper part of the first laser transmitter; a laser receiving screen which is perpendicularly mounted on the ground is arranged corresponding to the first and second laser transmitters.
