Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a primer for auxiliary identification of a soybean anti-mosaic virus SC7 and an identification method thereof. A BARCSOYSSR_02_0631 molecular marked special primer is used to conduct early progeny selection identification on related sites of a soybean strain anti-mosaic virus SC7. The method not only avoids spread of mosaic virus in the traditional inoculation identification method, but also reduces the subsequent workload of breeding and breeding cycles, so as to quickly screen a resistant high-yield soybean breeding material. The method has high economic efficiency, can be applied to the resistance breeding of soybean progeny, can improve breeding efficiency and resistance level of soybean mosaic virus, and improve the pertinency of breeding purpose.
本发明公开了种辅助鉴定大豆抗花叶病毒SC7的引物及其检测方法,通过利用BARCSOYSSR_02_0631分子标记的专用引物对大豆品系抗花叶病毒SC7的相关位点进行早期子代选择鉴定,不仅避免了传统方法接种鉴定花叶病毒的传播,而且减少了随后的育种工作量和育种周期,因而可快速筛选出抗病高产的大豆育种材料。本发明经济效益高,可以应用于大豆子代的抗病性选育,可提高育种效率和大豆花叶病毒抗性水平,且提高了育种目的的针对性。 |
