Water-based shop primer composition and anticorrosion steel

The invention provides a water-based shop primer composition and an anticorrosion steel. The water-based shop primer composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of zinc mixture, 5-11 parts of water-soluble alkali silicate and 0-3 parts of aid. The zinc mixture comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 40-90% of zinc and 10-60% of mica iron oxide. According to the technical scheme of the invention, the zinc mixture containing mica iron oxide and zinc is used as the component of the water-based shop primer composition, thereby effectively enhancing the properties of the paint film, improving the corrosion resistance and weldability, reducing the zinc fume and welding seam porosity generated by cutting and welding, and lowering the cost.
