Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a technology for preparing di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid through quaternary phosphonium salt phase transfer, catalysis and hydrolysis. By means of the quaternary phosphonium salt phase transfer catalyst method, reaction of oil-phase isooctyl bis(2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid and water-phase sodium hydroxide is promoted, and di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid is obtained through extraction, acidification and solvent distillation. Compared with a traditional method, the use amount of sodium hydroxide is close to the theoretical amount, reaction time is short, reaction temperature is low, the content of byproducts is reduced, the production period is shortened, and the yield of di-2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid is high. 种季鏻盐相转移催化水解制备异辛基膦酸单异辛酯工艺,采用季鏻盐相转移催化剂法,促进油相的异辛基膦酸二异辛酯与水相的氢氧化钠反应,之后再经萃取、酸化、蒸除溶剂得到异辛基膦酸单异辛酯,与传统方法相比,氢氧化钠用量接近理论量,反应时间短、反应温度低,副产物含量减少,生产周期缩短,异辛基膦酸单异辛酯的收率高。
