Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a power supply and communication superposition method for an axle counting system. A power source and a communication signal are superposed by means of a transformer indoors (in a signal equipment room), and the superposed signal is transmitted to the outside of a room (beside a rail) remotely through a pair of twisted-pair cables (two cores). The power source and the communication signal are separated through the transformer outdoors, the separated power source is used for supplying power to outdoor equipment, and the separated communication signal is used for realizing indoor and outdoor bidirectional communication. The power supply and communication superposition method has the advantages as follows: four-core cables required between conventional outdoor equipment and indoor equipment are changed into two-core cables, the number of cores of each cable used actually is half reduced by comparison with a traditional manner, the quantity of required cables is greatly reduced under the c
