Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a processing method for feeding molten low-carbon aluminum steel to a small-square-billet casting machine. The processing method includes the steps of (1) adding steel rolling scale after the molten steel enters a ladle furnace (LF); (2) stirring with argon blowing, and adding ferrosilicon and calcium carbide; stirring with argon blowing again, and coarsely adjusting recarbonizer when the color of slag samples changes; (3) conducting heating, stirring with argon blowing, and adding recarbonizer and alloy according to a sampling inspection result to adjust the ingredients of the molten steel; (4) controlling the content of sulphur in the molten steel to be 0.013wt% or below before wire feeding, and making the silicon-calcium wire feeding quantity be 1m/ton of steel; and (5) enabling the withdrawing speed of a first tank to range from (the maximum withdrawing speed-0.2 m/min) to the maximum withdrawing speed, and controlling the withdrawing speed of other tanks to reach the maximum with
