Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a cultivation and management method for olives. The method comprises the steps of planting, grafting, harvesting and storage, wherein according to the step of planting, planting holes are dug, olive seedlings are inserted into the planting holes, the tails of main roots of the olive seedlings abut against the bottom walls of the planting holes, the planting holes have the changing planting depths, the main roots are compacted through latosolic red soil fine and loose surface soil, and gaps formed between the main roots and lateral root branches are filled with latosolic red soil fine and loose surface soil, tamping is performed, the gaps are eliminated, lateral roots are compacted layer by layer, and it is ensured that root systems of the seedlings and the latosolic red soil fine and loose surface soil are compactly combined.
