| Zusammenfassung: | The embodiment of the invention provides a mode-locking optical fiber device, applied to a mode-locking optical fiber laser device, and belonging to the field of optical fiber laser devices. The mode-locking optical fiber device comprises a shell, a saturable absorber, a filter and a polarizer, wherein the saturable absorber, filter and polarizer are integrated into the shell, and the shell is provided with a light hole. The mode-locking optical fiber device provided by the embodiment of the invention is conductive to reducing the length of a resonant cavity of the mode-locking optical fiber laser device, thus improving the repetition frequency of mode-locking pulse laser generated by the mode-locking optical fiber laser device, and is also conductive to simplifying the structure of the mode-locking optical fiber laser device. In addition, the embodiment of the invention also provides a mode-locking optical fiber laser device based on the mode-locking optical fiber device.
