Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a novel transient temperature sensor. The sensor comprises a two-dimensional graphene and a substrate. The two-dimensional graphene is compounded on an upper surface of the substrate. Two ends of the two-dimensional graphene are provided with leads. The leads are connected to the two-dimensional graphene through silver colloids. By using the sensor, a response to temperature detection is rapid and accurate; a voltage value only needs to be measured so that a corresponding temperature is acquired; operation is convenient, a detection speed is fast and test precision is high. 本发明提出种新型瞬态温度传感器,包括二维石墨烯和基底,二维石墨烯复合在基底的上表面,二维石墨烯的两端设置有导线,导线通过银胶与二维石墨烯连接。本发明对温度检测响应迅速准确,且只需要测量电压值就能得出对应的温度,操作方便,检测速度快、测试精度高。
