Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a polyurethane-epoxy resin hybrid electrically conductive adhesive, a preparing method thereof and an electrically conductive film. The adhesive comprises an isocyanate-epoxy resin hybrid (A), a latent epoxy resin curing agent (B), and metal and/or non-metal electrically conductive micropowder (C), wherein the isocyanate-epoxy resin hybrid (A) is prepared through reacting solid epoxy resin the softening point of which is 50-120 DGE C, diisocyanate, polyol and an isocyanate blocking agent, and the polyol is at least one selected from a group consisting of polyester polyol, polyether polyol, polycarbonate polyol and aliphatic diol. The film of the polyurethane-epoxy resin hybrid electrically conductive adhesive has good toughness, high adhesive strength, low resistivity and good thermal impact resistance.
