The device comprises a dived liquid-gas integrated filling head, an upper sealing piece, a lower sealing piece, an inert gas control valve, a vacuum control valve, a vacuum pump, an inert gas container, a vertical lifting device and a controller; and the dived liquid-gas integrated filling head includes a dived liquid filling head and a dived gas filling head fixedly connected side by side. The invention further discloses a method for liquid filling and inert gas filling protection integrated filling by using the liquid filling and inert gas filling protection integrated device.
