The safe indwelling needle comprises an indwelling needle tube assembly, an infusion tube assembly and an indwelling needle safety assembly, wherein the indwelling needle tube assembly comprises a needle cap, an indwelling needle tube and an extension sleeve arranged on the lower part of the indwelling needle tube, the needle cap sleeves the indwelling needle tube, a sealing plug is arranged between the extension sleeve and the indwelling needle tube, the infusion tube assembly is communicated with the indwelling needle tube, the indwelling needle safety assembly is arranged on the lower part of the extension sleeve, and the indwelling needle safety assembly is used for preventing a puncture needle which is pulled out from contacting the outside.
