Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides applications of a thiazole amide compound in regulating the serum total cholesterol level of hyperlipidemia patients. The thiazole amide compound is 3-(phenethylamino)-N-(4-methylthiazole-2-yl) propanamide. The in-vivo cholesterol-lowering animal experiment shows that the compound can obviously reduce the serum cholesterol and the low density lipoprotein of mice, therefore, for the first time, the compound is used for preparing a medicine for regulating or lowering the cholesterol and the low density lipoprotein, and in addition, the synthetic route of the compound is simple and feasible, and is suitable for industrial production.
本发明提供了噻唑酰胺类化合物在调节高血脂症患者血清总胆固醇水平中的应用,所述的噻唑酰胺类化合物为3-(苯乙基氨基)-N-(4-甲基噻唑-2-基)丙酰胺。体内降胆固醇的动物实验表明该化合物可明显降低小鼠血清胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白,因此本发明首次将该化合物用于制备调节或降低胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白的药物,且该化合物的合成路线简便易行,适合工业化大生产。 |
